Edible Growth is a healthy and sustainable food product created with 3D printing technologies and natural processes. It lowers the carbon footprint and indirect costs of food production, while involving the consumer in the gastronomic and physical transformation through time.

Chloé Rutzerveld is a Dutch food and concept designer who creates conceptual food products as well as interactive, experimental dinners in which she uses food as a medium to address, communicate, and discuss social and cultural issues related to (future) food with the public. Rutzerveld’s work effectively engages people in the subject through hands-on exploration, often combining aspects of food, design, nature, culture, and life sciences in a form of critical design. Her passion for food, as well as her curiosity of nature, is the driving force behind everything she does.
